Raveum is seeking a detail-oriented CA or US CPA to lead financial structuring, treasury, and compliance across India and the U.S. Architect tax-efficient investment vehicles for Indian investors, manage fund operations, automate accounting workflows, and ensure compliance with SEBI/RBI and SEC regulations.

Key Responsibilities at this Role

• Architect tax-efficient investment vehicles for Indian investors
• Oversee fund operations and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks
• Manage financial modeling and quantitative analysis for new entity formations
• Lead effective audit management with external auditors
• Streamline tax filing processes for U.S. and Indian corporations
• Supervise junior team members in day-to-day bookkeeping

Skill: The Expertise RequiredMust-Haves for this Role

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI
• CPA (US) or Enrolled Agent (EA) status preferred
• 1-3 years in fund accounting or cross-border taxation
• Expertise in FEMA regulations and Indian Securities Law
• Strong understanding of Fund Accounting principles (Capital Accounts, NAV,

Waterfalls).
