You will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to help drive strategic decision-making. In this role, you will impact the company's financial performance by providing accurate and timely financial analysis, identifying trends, and offering recommendations to improve financial outcomes. Your work will be instrumental in shaping our financial strategies and ensuring the company's financial health. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities + Analyzing financial data and preparing reports to support decisionmaking + Monitoring and forecasting financial performance, identifying trends and potential risks + Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to develop and implement financial strategies + Assisting in budgeting and forecasting processes + Conducting financial analysis and providing recommendations for cost savings and process improvements Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE + Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis or related roles. + Strong analytical and quantitative skills. + Expertise in financial modeling and valuation techniques. + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. WE VALUE + Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.CA-qualified candidates are preferred. + Experience in financial planning and analysis processes. + Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. + Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. + Excellent communication and presentation skills. + Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
