Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Management

Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow projections.

Monitor financial performance and recommend corrective actions.

Accounting & Financial Reporting

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Ensure timely reconciliation of bank accounts and financial records.

Taxation & Statutory Compliance

Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations.

Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.

Manage statutory filings and financial documentation.

Payroll & Expense Management

Supervise payroll processing and employee reimbursements.

Monitor company expenses and ensure cost optimization.

Approve financial transactions in accordance with company policies.

Audit & Risk Management

Coordinate internal and external audits.

Develop and strengthen internal financial controls.

Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.

MIS Reporting & Financial Analysis

Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations.

Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making.

Present key financial insights to senior management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.

CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) will be preferred.

48 years of experience in Finance & Accounts.

Strong knowledge of accounting standards and statutory compliance.

Experience with Tally ERP, ERP software, and Microsoft Excel.
