Figma Ui/ux Designer (Panchkula)

Position:Figma UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a talented and creative UI/UX Designer with expertise in Figma to join our design team. You will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces and improving the overall user experience of our digital products.

Responsibilities

• Design user interfaces and experiences using Figma.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and data.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into design solutions.
• Maintain and improve design systems.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer.
• Proficiency in Figma and other design tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Sketch is a bonus).
• Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.
• Experience with prototyping and usability testing.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (not mandatory but a plus).
• Experience in designing for web and mobile platforms.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and guidelines (e.g., WCAG).
