Figma Designer (UI/UX Designer)

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Figma Designer (UI/UX Designer) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of experience in designing modern, user-friendly web and mobile interfaces. You should be passionate about creating intuitive user experiences, visually appealing designs, and collaborating closely with developers and project managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design clean, modern, and user-friendly UI for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma.
• Understand project requirements and convert them into engaging user interfaces.
• Develop design systems, reusable components, and style guides.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Improve existing UI based on user feedback and business requirements.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design tools, and best practices.
• Ensure consistency in branding and design across all projects.

Required Skills

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Figma.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles.
• Experience creating responsive web and mobile app designs.
• Knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, auto-layout, and component libraries.
• Good understanding of typography, color theory, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to create interactive prototypes.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is an added advantage.
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or other design tools is a plus.
• Strong communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Applications, Computer Science, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• UI/UX design certifications will be an added advantage.
• A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects is mandatory.

Work Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
