Role Description: The Field Sales Enablement Manager is a full-time role based in Bengaluru, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some work from home. This role is responsible for designing and implementing sales enablement strategies that support women entrepreneurs and field teams in achieving their outreach and revenue goals. Day-to-day tasks include providing ongoing coaching to field staff and entrepreneurs on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement and achieving the sales goals. The manager will ensure that the field sales team performs and achieves the goal, identifies gaps and collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve sales. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with peers, ensuring alignment with organisational impact objectives, and implementing best practices to strengthen Pollinate Group’s field operations.

Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of experience in sales enablement, field sales management, or training and development, preferably in social enterprise or impact-focused organisations.
  • Strong skills in running sales metrics with a field team, revenues and earnings are achieved by the marginalised women
  • Ability to lead the field teams and community-based entrepreneurs, with strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in driving sales and growing the impact, identifying trends, and proposing practical improvements to processes and tools.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of local languages in Karnataka or other regions of India is an advantage.
  • Comfort with hybrid work, including field visits, community meetings, and office-based collaboration in Bengaluru.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, social work, development studies, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education. A master's degree will be an added advantage.
  • Demonstrated commitment to gender equity, inclusive leadership, and working with communities living in low-income contexts.
