Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Field Marketing Officer to expand our market presence and strengthen our distribution network in Faridabad. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in field marketing, a strong understanding of the local market, and the ability to build long-term relationships with distributors, retailers, and dealers.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute field marketing activities to increase brand visibility and market reach.
• Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, dealers, and wholesalers.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the distribution network.
• Conduct market visits, competitor analysis, and market research.
• Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
• Prepare regular reports on market activities and business growth.

Required Skills

• 4–5 years of experience in Field Marketing, FMCG, and Distribution.
• Good knowledge of the Faridabad local market.
• Existing network with distributors, retailers, and dealers in Faridabad/NCR will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively within the assigned area.

Preference: Candidates residing in or familiar with the Faridabad/NCR market will be preferred.
