Field Executive – Product Survey, Sales and Supervision

Role Description The Field Executive – Product Survey, Sales and Supervision is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This position involves conducting product and service surveys in designated areas, gathering market and customer insights, and reporting findings in a clear and organized manner. The role includes meeting prospective customers, presenting products and services, driving sales, and supporting business development activities. The Field Executive will supervise field operations, ensure proper implementation of sales and promotional plans, and coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining records of visits and sales, handling basic customer queries, and providing feedback to improve products and services.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Business Development skills to generate leads, convert prospects, and support revenue growth.
• Candidates should possess Account Management skills to maintain relationships, follow up with customers, and manage ongoing engagements.
• Candidates should be comfortable with fieldwork, local travel within Mumbai,Navi Mumbai, Dombivali, Thane and Kalyan and working in on-site environments.
• Candidates should have good record-keeping abilities, basic computer literacy, and the capacity to prepare simple reports.
• Prior experience in sales, field marketing, or related roles is beneficial, though entry-level candidates with strong motivation will also be considered.
• A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional qualifications in business, marketing, or a related field are an advantage.
