The Platform Infrastructure Engineering team is responsible for driving cloud adoption, digital transformation, cloud-native architecture, and enterprise platform modernization across the organization.

Job Overview

FactSet is hiring a

Cloud Engineer

to design, build, and optimize secure, scalable, and highly available cloud platforms supporting enterprise applications and financial technology solutions.

Civil Engineering The ideal candidate should have strong experience with

AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Terraform, Python, Docker, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Cloud Networking, DevOps, and Cloud Automation

while contributing to enterprise cloud migration, platform engineering, security, and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and support enterprise cloud infrastructure.

Recruitment & Staffing

  • Contribute to large-scale cloud transformation and migration initiatives.
  • Develop cloud-native services and reusable platform capabilities.
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and CloudFormation.
  • Automate cloud deployments and operational workflows.
  • Build scalable cloud infrastructure across AWS and Google Cloud Platform.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to accelerate cloud adoption.

Job Listings

  • Implement DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and release automation.
  • Ensure cloud infrastructure follows security and governance standards.
  • Design highly available (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) solutions.
  • Optimize cloud resource utilization and infrastructure costs.
  • Deploy and manage Docker containers and Kubernetes platforms.

Management

  • Maintain cloud networking components including VPC, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, ALB/NLB, and PrivateLink.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
