Geeken Chemicals India Limited is looking for an accomplished Factory Accountant with proven experience in the Agrochemical Manufacturing Industry. We are seeking a finance professional who can drive accurate manufacturing accounting, strengthen financial controls, and support operational excellence across our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end factory accounting and manufacturing financial operations.

Prepare and analyze product costing, BOM costing, process costing, and variance analysis.

Manage accounting for raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), finished goods, and inventory valuation.

Ensure accurate inventory reconciliation with stores and production teams.

Prepare monthly MIS, profitability analysis, production reports, and management dashboards.

Monitor manufacturing overheads and implement effective cost-control measures.

Coordinate month-end and year-end financial closing activities.

Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, statutory regulations, accounting standards, and internal financial controls.

Support internal, statutory, and tax audits by maintaining complete financial documentation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and operational efficiency.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for professionals who possess

Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com). M.Com, equivalent qualification is preferred.

3–8 years of relevant experience as a Factory Accountant in the Agrochemical Manufacturing Industry (Mandatory).

Strong expertise in manufacturing accounting, inventory management, production costing, and financial reporting.

Working knowledge of ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, or Tally Prime.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.

Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
