UI / UX Designer
Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative UI / UX Designer to join our team at Lavoro HR Solutions. As a UI / UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our clients' websites and applications. This is a full-time position based in Vellore, Tamil Nadu, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in UI / UX design and possess a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills.
Qualifications and Skills
- 2 to 3 years of experience in UI / UX design
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI / UX design skills
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Knowledge of responsive design principles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines
Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for websites and applications
- Conceptualize and develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas
- Design pixel-perfect visual mockups and user interfaces using tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to continuously improve designs
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI / UX design
