Job Description:
We're looking for a candidate who is passionate about travel and eager to work with a travel tech company which is focused on providing customized holiday leisure experiences powered by a fine balance of technology and human interventions with customer success as the reason for existence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their travel preferences and requirements.
- Provide expert advice on short-haul destinations, including travel itineraries, accommodations, and activities.
- Create and customize holiday packages tailored to individual customer needs.
- Stay updated on travel trends, destination information, and industry developments.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in travel sales, specifically focusing on short-haul destinations.
- Strong knowledge of popular short-haul travel destinations, like Dubai, Singapore, Maldives, Thailand, Bali and other Domestic destinations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
