Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Tele Callers to join our team at Technocrats Plasma Systems Pvt Ltd. The position is full-time and based at Vasai East in Mumbai Suburban. As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for generating leads and communicating with existing & potential customers to promote our products and services. Your goal will be to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Excellent communication skills to effectively convey information and engage with customers over the phone.
  • Active listening skills to accurately understand customer needs and provide appropriate responses.
  • Persuasion skills to effectively convince potential customers about the benefits of our products and services.
  • Customer service skills to ensure a positive customer's experience and address any inquiries or concerns.
  • Time management skills to efficiently handle multiple calls and tasks within a specified timeframe.
  • Patience to handle various customer interactions calmly and professionally, even in challenging situations.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM software to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to work in a team and contribute to collective goals while maintaining individual performance standards.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote the company's products and services.
  • Answer incoming calls from prospective customers and provide necessary information and assistance.
  • Understand customer needs and preferences to suggest suitable products and services offered by the company.
  • Maintain a database of potential customers and update information accurately in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any post-purchase inquiries or concerns.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls made and sales generated.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and optimize lead generation strategies.
  • Continuously enhance communication and sales skills through training and feedback sessions.
