Job Overview


We are looking for a senior bench sales recruiter with executive experience and expertise in the IT industry. As a senior bench sales recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting qualified candidates for our clients' critical staffing needs. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.


Qualifications and Skills


  • More than 10 years of experience in bench sales recruitment, with a focus on the IT industry
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing candidates in high-demand roles
  • Strong knowledge of IT technologies, job market trends, and client requirements
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and tools


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement effective bench sales strategies to meet client requirements
  • Source, screen, and evaluate potential candidates based on client specifications
  • Build and maintain a strong network of IT professionals for bench placements
  • Coordinate with clients and candidates to facilitate the interview and selection process
  • Negotiate offers and contracts to ensure successful placements
