Job Overview


We are currently seeking a Sales Engineer to join our team at deConcord HVAC Systems and Solutions Pvt Ltd. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving sales revenue. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1 to 3 years of experience in sales or a similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and demonstrate product features
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems and solutions is a plus
  • Experience in account management and customer relationship management
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the commercial and industrial sectors
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical support for customers
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities
