We are looking for a dynamic and organized Receptionist - Female to join our team at Gamut HR Solutions. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for the company and you will provide administrative support across the organization. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively.


Qualifications and Skills


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional and friendly demeanor
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and efficient manner
  • Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Maintain a neat and organized reception area
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • Provide general administrative support to the team
  • Assist with other clerical tasks as assigned
