Job Overview


Indus Group Inc is seeking a highly motivated and experienced OPT Recruiter to join our team. As an OPT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting highly skilled OPT candidates to meet our client's staffing needs. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 4 to 6 years of experience as an OPT Recruiter
  • Strong knowledge of OPT regulations and compliance requirements
  • Proven track record in sourcing and recruiting OPT candidates
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively screen and interview candidates
  • Experience in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Source and recruit qualified OPT candidates for various IT positions
  • Screen and interview potential candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for specific job roles
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their specific staffing needs and requirements
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
  • Build and maintain a strong network of OPT candidates through various sourcing channels
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to recruiting and hiring OPT candidates
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand the technical requirements of each job position
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and candidate pipeline
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in OPT recruitment
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of recruitment strategies and processes
