Job Accountabilities:
- Positively influence Company and contractors personnel to manage their activities safety and in line with Reliance Expectations.
- Achieve continuous improvement in safety performance and elimination or reduction of injuries and incidents.
Support Projects Function in maintaining and improving Operating Management System.
- Foster a positive HSE culture across Projects organization
- Support Projects in driving HSE performance improvements
- Support line functionaries to implement and improve Operating Management System
- Monitor and assist in completing corrective action items against scheduled plans
- Assist line management to implement S&OR policies, procedures, practices and standards and interpretation of requirements with respect to Projects activities
- Help on implementing and continually improving critical HSE processes viz., incident management, emergency management, day to day S&OR assurance, training, risk management, hazard identification, ALARP demonstration, control of work, management of change, contractor HSE management etc. in Projects organisation.
- HSE support on all phases of the project life cycle including engineering, installation and commissioning activities.
- Participate in PSSR activities with O&M and Projects team during start up and commissioning
- Coordinate for conducting various HSE workshops viz., HAZID, ENIVD, HAZOP, Bow ties analysis, LOPA, HEMP, QRA etc. for various phases of the project.
- Review of technical safety documents and HSE workshop reports and ensure that it meets Company and Regulatory requirements.
Skill & Competencies:
- Proficient in HSE risk management tools and techniques such as ESSA, HAZID, HITRA, ENVID, HAZOP, LOPA, bow tie analysis and QRA
- Part of OMS implementation for any function.
Education Required:
Engineering degree and/or equivalent professional qualification in Safety/Fire.
Experience Required:
At least 12 to 15 years# overall experience in petroleum development project activities out of which minimum 5 years# experience in HSE.
