Job Overview


We are seeking a talented Desktop Support Engineer to join our team at BeeKayIT NetSec Solutions Pvt Ltd. As a Desktop Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, performing hardware maintenance and software installations, configuring networks, and providing general IT support.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1 to 3 years of experience as a Desktop Support Engineer or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of desktop hardware and software
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
  • Experience in hardware maintenance and component replacement
  • Familiarity with software installation and operating system configuration
  • Basic understanding of network protocols and configurations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA A+, are a plus


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Provide technical support and assistance to end-users regarding hardware and software issues
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems in a timely manner
  • Perform hardware maintenance, including upgrading components and replacing faulty parts
  • Install and configure software applications and operating systems
  • Assist with network configuration and troubleshooting
  • Provide general IT support and assist with IT-related projects
  • Ensure all support requests are properly documented and resolved
  • Collaborate with the IT team to improve systems and processes
