Job Responsibilities:
Ideate & develop communication strategies for our members
Manage internal communications & assets (campaigns, App, website, videos, articles, etc.)
Manage external brand communication (social media and PR).
Collaborate with internal stakeholders like Product, Marketing, Customer Success Team for
various communication requirements
Provide guidance and direction to other writers and designers in team
Ensure timely delivery of the communication for all product lines
Measuring the performance & impact of campaign strategies and improving approaches as
necessary
Develop and implement effective communication strategies to build the BA brand
Requirements: -
Excellent fluency in English, flair for language
Experienced in content and copy writing
Excellent writing, editing, proofreading and communication skills
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and deliver as per the timeline
Contribute original and trending ideas for the new content
Exposed to writing for social media
Having experience in design platforms like Canva, Crello or Marvel is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English or a related field.

Type of Role:-
1.Full Time with 6 months probationary period
2.5 Days a Week / Day Shifts Only
3.Hybrid setup, (3 days-WFO + 2 days-WFH)
