Job Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive admissions strategy, ensuring alignment with the institution's values and objectives. Oversee the entire FPM admissions process, from application submission to final selection, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Review and evaluate applications, transcripts, letters of recommendation, and other relevant documents to assess candidates' eligibility and suitability for the program. Communicate with prospective students, providing guidance and support throughout the application process. Coordinate with faculty members and interview panels to conduct candidate interviews and assessments. Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute strategies for promoting the FPM program and attracting potential applicants. Represent the institution at educational fairs, conferences, and networking events to engage with potential candidates and establish relationships with other academic institutions and organizations. Collaborate with the selection committee to finalize the list of admitted candidates based on pre-defined criteria and evaluation metrics. Manage the enrollment process, including sending acceptance letters, coordinating financial aid, and addressing candidate inquiries. Maintain accurate records of candidate information, admissions statistics, and program metrics for periodic reporting to management. Utilize data insights to identify areas for improvement in the admissions process and make recommendations for enhancing candidate experience. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree would be a plus. Proven experience in admissions management, preferably within a renowned educational institution or business school. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in using admissions management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in admissions management or related fields. Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive and collaborative attitude. Knowledge of current trends and best practices in admissions and higher education is preferred.
