Job Description

  • We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Business Development Associate
  • who can grow business and clientele. You will be required to build concrete
  • relationships with clients alongside maintaining the existing relationships. You will work
  • with various departments and report to the Head of Business Development.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identifying new sales leads
  • Pitching clients to take our services
  • Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers & new customers
  • Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to
  • identify new leads and potential new markets.


Competencies Required

  • Experience in sales and marketing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Efficient at email and cell communication
  • Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Able to work independently but within a strategic framework
  • Handle negotiations and perform due diligence
  • Problem-solving capabilities
  • Can handle multiple projects/assignments at the same time
  • Strong organizational skill
