Job Overview


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a BENCH SALES RECRUITER LEAD. As the BENCH SALES RECRUITER LEAD, you will be responsible for driving bench sales activities and leading a team of recruiters. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience in bench sales recruitment.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in bench sales recruitment
  • Proven track record of success in driving bench sales activities and achieving targets
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • In-depth knowledge of the IT services and consulting industry
  • Familiarity with the Hyderabad market and its dynamics
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Experience in negotiating rates and contracts


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Lead and manage a team of recruiters to drive bench sales activities
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain top talent in the bench sales field
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide the best-fit candidates
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments and screenings to ensure a high caliber of bench sales consultants
  • Negotiate rates and contracts with clients and candidates to facilitate successful placements
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to make informed decisions and recommendations
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of bench sales processes
  • Provide regular reports and updates on bench sales activities and team performance to management
