📍 Location: New Panvel, Navi Mumbai

PCE Instruments India Pvt. Ltd. is a leading supplier of industrial measuring and testing instruments, serving customers across manufacturing, automotive, pharmaceuticals, laboratories, research institutions, and various industrial sectors.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and technically inclined candidate to join our growing Sales & Operations team.

Eligibility

• B.E./B.Tech/ Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related Engineering discipline OR . Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience may apply.
• Experience in the Testing & Measurement Instruments, Industrial Instrumentation, Automation, or Process Control industry will be an added advantage.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Working knowledge of MS Office.
• ERP/CRM knowledge will be an added advantage.
• Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Study customer enquiries, understand application requirements, and identify suitable products.
• Prepare techno-commercial quotations using ERP, follow up with customers, convert enquiries into orders, and place purchase orders.
• Coordinate with customers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure timely procurement, dispatch, and delivery.
• Prepare invoices, e-Way Bills, and other dispatch-related documents.
• Visit customer sites occasionally for product demonstrations, basic troubleshooting, installation support, or training. Complete technical guidance, product manuals, and back-office support will be provided.
