Executive- Regional Accounts and Business Analytics

Function Purpose: Regional Accounting

Role Purpose: A proactive and analytically strong professional responsible for managing regional accounting and financial reporting while providing business intelligence and research support to drive regional growth.

Key Expectations of the Role

• Manage regional accounting, reconciliations, MIS, and financial reporting with high accuracy.
• Analyze financial and business data to generate actionable insights for management.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, insurers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth financial and operational processes.
• Conduct market research to identify business opportunities across sectors, industries, and geographies within the region.
• Develop and maintain databases of prospective clients, industry segments, and market potential.
• Prepare analytical reports, presentations, and dashboards to support strategic business decisions.
• Track regional performance metrics and identify trends, opportunities, and areas requiring management attention.
• Support business development initiatives through research on target industries, key companies, and market intelligence.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and internal controls.

Educational Background: B.COM, Masters in Mathematics and/or Accountancy.

Experience: 3-7 Years

Confidentiality and Ethics: Upholds high standards of confidentiality, ethics, and integrity in handling sensitive information and interactions.

Technology Proficiency: Proficient in using Advanced Excel, MIS, etc.
