Position: Metadata Operator - Digital Content Operations Sports

Purpose: This position is responsible for timely entering of content metadata into the CMS system of SonyLIV Sports.

Education: Diploma or Graduate

Experience: 2-3 years

Key Responsibilities: Metadata Operations

o Entering the complete meta data details for a better user experience.

o 100% accuracy of all the data fields to create a database for future mapping.

o Following strict processes / workflows ensuring accuracy.

o Working closely with the business, product, edit, graphics and marketing teams to deliver high-quality content.

o Performing QC to ensure all published content is available on SonyLIV FE.

o Writing creative Synopsis of the content and providing SEO-strong title enticing user watch the content.

o Performing bulk changes in the meta fields as per the stakeholders requirements.

o Providing meta tags for BAU in addition to live sports events.

o Networking with the product and tech team, understanding new features released in CMS, implementing them in daily operations.

o Expertise in live event operations and content delivery.

o Ensuring availability and extending working hours when required based on the Sporting events.

o The operations function on a 24x7 basis and candidate is expected to adhere to their allotted shift.
