Executive (Assembly Logistics)

About the Company

• KBD Talent Forge India Pvt Ltd. is hiring for an Executive (Assembly Logistics) to join our team in the Automotive industry. We are looking for a dedicated professional with 2-5 years of experience in logistics, stores, or production material handling, preferably within the automotive or manufacturing sector.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely material supply to the assembly production line.
• Coordinate with Stores, Production, SCM, and Purchase departments for uninterrupted material flow.
• Monitor line-side inventory and maintain optimum stock levels.
• Plan and execute material movement between warehouse and assembly line.
• Maintain FIFO (First In, First Out) and inventory accuracy.
• Prepare daily material requirement and replenishment plans.
• Monitor stock shortages and coordinate with SCM for timely replenishment.
• Maintain logistics records, inventory reports, and MIS using Microsoft Excel.
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel for receiving, storage, and dispatch activities.
• Support cycle counting and physical inventory verification.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve logistics efficiency.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in logistics, stores, or production material handling.
• Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is preferred.
• Skills: Material Planning and Inventory Management, Line Feeding and Production Logistics, Warehouse Coordination, Microsoft Excel and MS Office, Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills, Communication and Team Coordination, Time Management and Organizational Skills.
• Language Skills: Communicable English.
• Added Advantage: Experience in SAP, ERP, or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
