We are looking for an extroverted, charismatic, and operational Restaurant Manager to oversee our food and beverage operations across our hotel properties in the vibrant cultural and wellness hubs of Haridwar and Rishikesh.

What You’ll Do

• Be the Face of the Restaurant: Proactively engage with guests, build rapport, gather feedback, and ensure every diner feels welcomed and valued.
• Elevate the Guest Experience: Handle guest requests, dietary preferences, and special occasions with warmth, quick thinking, and a personal touch.
• Lead with High Energy: Motivate, mentor, and lead the restaurant team by example—fostering a warm, attentive, and enthusiastic service culture.
• Maintain Operational Excellence: Oversee daily floor operations, inventory, table management, hygiene standards, and team scheduling.
• Drive Guest Loyalty: Turn first-time visitors into repeat guests and positive online reviews through stellar hospitality.

Who You Are

• A Natural People Person: Highly extroverted, approachable, and articulate with an innate ability to connect with diverse domestic and international travelers.
• An Energetic Leader: Positive, resilient, and hands-on, with a knack for keeping both guests and staff happy under pressure.
• Experienced: 3+ years of experience in restaurant/F&B management within the hospitality industry (hotel experience is a strong plus).
• A Great Communicator: Fluent in English and Hindi (additional language skills are a plus).
• Passionate About Service: Detail-oriented when it comes to floor operations, hygiene, and table presentation.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
