Event Production Executive/ Manager- Malad

Position : Production Manager– Exhibitions & Stall Fabrication Location: Malad, Mumbai Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate stall fabrication projects from design to execution. • Obtain and compare vendor quotations. • Prepare basic project costing and BOQs. • Coordinate with fabrication, printing, branding, logistics, and AV vendors. • Maintain vendor database and develop new vendor relationships. • Visit exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events to build vendor and client networks. • Support on-site stall setup and dismantling activities. • Track project timelines, payments, and execution schedules. • Assist the Business Head in project coordination and profitability tracking. Skills Required: • Understanding of exhibition stalls, fabrication, and event execution. • Basic costing and vendor negotiation knowledge. • Strong coordination and follow-up skills. • Willingness to travel for exhibitions and site visits. • Good knowledge of Excel and project tracking. KPI Expectations: • 3–5 Vendor Quotations Daily • 5 New Vendor Additions Weekly • Timely Costing & BOQ Support • Daily Project Status Reporting • Exhibition & Industry Networking Activities Experience: • Operations Executive: 3–5 Years Industry Preference: Exhibitions, Events, Fabrication, Interior Fit-Outs, Advertising, Branding, BTL Agencies, MICE, or Related Industries.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
