We are looking for an experienced ETL Developer with strong expertise in Informatica, Cloud Data Platforms, SQL, Python, and PySpark to join a high-performing data engineering team. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in designing, developing, and optimizing enterprise ETL solutions while leveraging AWS or Azure cloud technologies.

This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about building scalable data pipelines, modern cloud-based BI solutions, and delivering high-quality data integration solutions in an Agile environment.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise ETL workflows using Informatica.
• Build scalable cloud-based data integration and BI solutions on AWS or Microsoft Azure.
• Develop and optimize data pipelines using SQL, Python, and PySpark.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical ETL solutions.
• Ensure data quality, performance optimization, and reliability of ETL processes.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Architects, Business Analysts, and cross-functional teams across multiple geographies.
• Participate in Agile development while following DevOps, DataOps, and DevSecOps best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution for ETL and data pipeline failures.
• Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, and business requirement artifacts.

🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications

✔ 8+ years of overall IT experience

✔ 6+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter/Informatica ETL

✔ 3+ years of experience building cloud-based BI and data solutions using AWS or Microsoft Azure

✔ Strong programming expertise in

• SQL
• Python
• PySpark

✔ Experience designing and maintaining enterprise ETL pipelines

✔ Strong understanding of Data Warehousing concepts and Data Integration

✔ Experience working with Agile, DevOps, DataOps, and DevSecOps methodologies

✔ Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

✔ Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

✔ Experience working with globally distributed teams across multiple time zones

🔹 Preferred Skills

⭐ Experience with Cloud Data Engineering and Data Lake solutions

⭐ Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for Data Engineering

⭐ Experience with enterprise-scale data migration and modernization projects

⭐ Exposure to modern cloud analytics platforms

⭐ Banking, Financial Services, Retail, Healthcare, or Manufacturing domain experience is an advantage
