• Hands-on experience with Epicor Kinetic / Epicor ERP
• Application Studio, BAQ, BPM
• Dashboard & Tracker development
• SSRS report development
• C# with basic LINQ, JavaScript basics
• SQL / T-SQL, .NET fundamentals
• REST API integration exposure
• Good to have: Crystal Reports (CR to RDL), manufacturing/supply chain/finance process knowledge, Epicor cloud deployment exposure

2️⃣ Senior Epicor Kinetic Developer / Technical Lead | 10-14 yrs

• Advanced Epicor Kinetic technical experience
• Application Studio architecture & development
• Advanced BAQ and BPM development
• REST API integration design
• Strong C# and LINQ, advanced SQL Server/T-SQL
• .NET integration experience, JavaScript
• Epicor data model & security understanding
• Upgrade retrofit experience, performance tuning
• Technical leadership & code review
• Good to have: Epicor certification, cloud architecture/DevOps exposure, experience leading Epicor technical teams

3️⃣ Epicor Kinetic Technical Architect / Solution Architect | 14+ yrs

• Expert-level Epicor Kinetic / Epicor ERP architecture experience
• Application Studio solution design
• BAQ/BPM framework design
• REST API and integration architecture
• Advanced SQL Server/T-SQL and data modeling
• C#, LINQ, and .NET architecture
• Epicor security, environment, and deployment planning
• ERP upgrade and Kinetic migration strategy
• Good to have: Epicor certification, large multi-site manufacturing/distribution program experience, pre-sales solutioning
