The Asia Group, LLC is now accepting applications for an Entry-Level Product Designer (UX/UI) – Execution Focus, AI-Enabled Products. This role will be based in Gurugram office.

TAG GCE staff work closely with TAG’s HQ, regional management, and global client servicing teams to support existing operational and client servicing initiatives and identify new capabilities.
Job Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience or strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI design work
- Experience designing data‑rich interfaces, dashboards, or complex workflows (academic or internship projects acceptable)
- Proficiency in Figma (wireframing, prototyping, working with component libraries)
- Strong understanding of user flows, layout, and interaction patterns
- Familiarity with usability principles and basic accessibility standards
- Basic understanding of front‑end concepts (HTML/CSS) and how designs translate to development
- Comfort receiving feedback from engineers and iterating on designs to meet technical constraints
- Interest in AI‑powered products or conversational interfaces is a plus (not required)
- Experience with rapid prototyping tools (including AI‑assisted tools such as Claude or similar) is a plus
Soft Skills
- Comfortable working in a structured, feedback‑driven environment with clear direction
- Strong communication skills, especially in asynchronous and remote collaboration
- Detail‑oriented and able to follow established patterns and systems
- Eager to learn and grow within a fast‑moving product team
Job Responsibilities
- Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes based on defined product requirements and design direction
- Support the design of internal‑facing tools, particularly the CMS, with opportunities to contribute to other product areas over time (e.g., client‑facing UI, chatbot interfaces)
- Iterate on designs based on feedback from product, design, and engineering stakeholders
- Collaborate with engineers to refine designs and resolve feasibility or implementation questions
- Conduct lightweight usability testing (e.g., quick user feedback sessions) to validate and improve designs
- Apply existing design system components and patterns to ensure consistency across the product
- Document design decisions and provide clear annotations to support engineering handoff
- Participate in regular design reviews and team syncs
- Candidate must be able to provide 2–3 days per week of partial overlap (2–3 hours) with U.S.-based team members
- Regular syncs (2–3 times per week) with product and design
- Collaborate with U.S.-based design and engineering teams during overlap hours
Work primarily asynchronously
This role requires working shift hours aligned to U.S. Eastern Time. Candidates must be available and responsive during core overlap hours of 8:00 AM–12:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time each business day (evening hours in India). Additional working hours will be scheduled to meet business needs, with occasional flexibility for urgent priorities.
