Job Description

  • 15+ years of experience in enterprise architecture or a related field
  • In-depth knowledge of distributed transactional scale and digital architecture principles
  • Proven experience in crafting and implementing TOGAF or other recognized EA frameworks
  • Experience in establishing and managing EA governance structures
  • Familiarity with leading EA tools such as LeanIX, MEGA, or SoftwareAG (a plus)
  • Solid experience in application portfolio rationalization methodologies
  • Full-stack architecture understanding across UI/UX, Services, Middleware, Cloud Platforms, Security, and Data
  • Proven track record of leading cloud migration and modernization projects
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
  • Ability to think strategically and translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Strong leadership qualities and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels

Job Responsibilities

  • Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure enterprise architectures for large-scale programs
  • Provide technical leadership in the selection and implementation of cloud platforms and innovative technologies
  • Spearhead application portfolio rationalization initiatives to optimize IT resources
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, Development, Security, etc.) to ensure seamless integration and delivery of technical solutions
  • Lead the adoption and implementation of Enterprise Architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF) within the organization
  • Establish and maintain effective EA governance models and best practices
  • Guide the selection and utilization of EA tools (e.g. LeanIX, MEGA, SoftwareAG) to support architecture development and management
  • Oversee cloud migration and modernization strategies to enhance agility and scalability
  • Partner with CXO teams to translate business goals into actionable technical roadmaps
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices in enterprise architecture
