Key Responsibilities

Monitoring technical stack (Viz., servers, network, storage, database, and applications etc.) to cover the production environments 24x7.Standardize, automate the provisioning, and support aspects as reusable cloud services and interfaces.Develop infrastructure as code on AWS / Azure / GCP using best practices and implementations for nonproduction and production environments.Implement automated configuration and deployment process towards improving functionality, availability, and manageability of our enterprise cloud offerings.Lead technical operations on key initiatives or projects from requirements to design to implementation.Ensure the availability, performance, reliability, and reporting of global cloud data centres and enterprise networks.Improve productivity in delivery orchestration, proactive monitoring, self-healing automation and operations validations.

Key Skills

B.E/B.Tech or any other similar qualification with experience as a tech leader and people manager for at least 5+ years and 10+ years total experience5 years or more experience in Frontend Development.An expert comprehension of core web and browser concepts (e.g., how does JavaScript handle asynchronous code).In-depth experience with CSS, HTML, and JavaScript.Proven track record building and managing high-performing Frontend Development teams.Proven track record of delivering high-quality and performing web products.Experience with building, developing and coaching teams of best technical talent in the Industry.Experience with managing diverse teams and delivering high-quality projects on timeDeep understanding of technology and architecture in a highly scalable and available setupPractical experience and ability to drive design and architecture of multiple subsystems with other senior members of the team.Experience with new open-source technologies and their adoption into productStrong experience in working on highly scalable systems.Self-driven, responsible, and keen eye to detailsStrong collaborator and has skills to participate/guide technical discussions.Ability to achieve consensus amongst stakeholders.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information clearly and concisely to a variety of audiences.Experience with startups and fast paced environments is an added advantage.
