Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for an Email Marketing Specialist. The role involves creating, managing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions. Responsibilities include analyzing marketing performance data, generating qualified leads, implementing marketing automation processes, and leveraging email marketing tools effectively to execute campaigns. The Email Marketing Specialist will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align email campaigns with broader marketing strategies.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Email Marketing and Marketing Automation tools

Strong skills in Marketing Analytics and ability to interpret data for actionable insights

Experience in Lead Generation and driving customer engagement

Excellent written and verbal Communication skills to develop compelling content and collaborate across teams

Strong understanding of email marketing software and industry best practices

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field is preferred

Previous experience in a similar role or role-related certifications will be advantageous

Location: Sector 63, Noida

Salary : 20000 PM to 80000 PM
