Role Description This full-time, on-site Email Marketing Specialist role is based in Ghaziabad. The Email Marketing Specialist will design, build, and optimize email campaigns to support outreach, engagement, and lead generation objectives. Daily responsibilities include creating segmented mailing lists, developing email content and templates, scheduling campaigns, and monitoring performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions. The role involves using marketing automation and email marketing software, conducting A/B tests, ensuring deliverability and compliance with relevant regulations, and collaborating with marketing and communication teams to align email initiatives with broader campaigns. The specialist will regularly analyze campaign data, prepare concise reports, and recommend improvements to enhance audience engagement and campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Email Marketing Software and Marketing Automation, with the ability to manage end-to-end campaigns.
• Proficiency in Marketing Analytics to track performance, interpret data, and optimize campaigns.
• Lead Generation experience using email and related digital channels to support outreach and conversion goals.
• Excellent Communication skills, including clear written communication and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of best practices in email deliverability, list management, segmentation, and A/B testing.
• Experience with CRM or customer data platforms and basic understanding of data privacy regulations related to email marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Ghaziabad, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
