Email Marketing Executive

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Email Marketing Executive to plan, execute,

and optimize email marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong

understanding of email marketing strategies, audience segmentation, and performance

tracking to drive engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and execute email marketing campaigns (promotional, informational,

and transactional)

• Create engaging email content, subject lines, and CTAs
• Manage email lists, segmentation, and database hygiene
• Monitor email performance metrics (open rate, CTR, conversions, bounce rate)
• Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness
• Coordinate with design, content, and sales teams for campaign execution
• Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices and spam regulations
• Maintain campaign calendars and submit regular performance reports
• Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and retention

Requirements & Skills

• Basic knowledge of email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, HubSpot,

etc.)

• Understanding of email automation and drip campaigns
• Strong writing and proofreading skills
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Willingness to work from office in Dehradun
