Semantic Search & Elastic Engineer : -

• Architect and maintain self-hosted Elasticsearch clusters, including node configuration, replication, and sharding strategies.
• Implement backup and recovery processes for Elastic indices.
• Develop and optimize semantic search capabilities using machine learning models (e.g., BERT-based ELSER).
• Enhance search relevancy through role-based indexing and boosting strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Elastic with knowledge management tools and improve user experience.
• Monitor cluster performance and apply best practices for scalability and observability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Elasticsearch with enterprise applications, APIs, and knowledge management platforms.

Develop automation scripts and tools for deployment, monitoring, index management, and routine maintenance activities.

Implement security best practices, including authentication, authorization, role-based access control (RBAC), and encryption.

Work closely with data engineers, application developers, and AI/ML teams to continuously improve search quality and overall platform performance.

Stay up to date with the latest Elasticsearch features, semantic search advancements, and AI-powered search technologies.
