At Mind and Matter, we believe learning should be interactive, impactful, and inspiring. We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented E-Learning & Instructional Design Intern who is eager to build meaningful educational content and grow in the fast-evolving ed-tech industry.

As an E-Learning & Instructional Design Intern, you’ll work closely with our content and creative teams to develop engaging digital learning experiences for modern learners.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Create and structure engaging e-learning content, training modules, and presentations
• Design visually appealing and professional PowerPoint presentations
• Transform raw information into clear, interactive, and learner-friendly formats
• Proofread and refine content for grammar, consistency, and quality
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal teams on live projects
• Continuously improve content based on feedback and learning goals

Preferred Qualifications

• Recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:
• English/education/Journalism/Mass Communication or any related field
• Strong command of written English and communication skills
• Good eye for detail and content organisation
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (mandatory)
• Ability to simplify complex topics into easy-to-understand content
• Eagerness to learn in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
