Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Flipkart Account Manager to manage and grow the company's business on the Flipkart marketplace. The role will be responsible for end-to-end marketplace operations, sales growth, catalogue management, inventory, orders, returns, promotions, and coordination with internal and Flipkart teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Flipkart marketplace account.
• Manage product listings, catalogue updates, pricing, promotions, and inventory.
• Monitor orders, fulfilment, cancellations, returns, and seller performance.
• Coordinate with Flipkart teams for campaigns, promotions, business growth, and issue resolution.
• Track sales, revenue, inventory, return rates, and overall account performance.
• Manage product onboarding, SKU creation, content accuracy, and catalogue hygiene.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, finance, and internal teams for smooth operations.
• Manage Purchase Orders (POs), invoicing, reconciliation, and payment-related concerns.
• Analyse marketplace performance and prepare regular reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales, visibility, conversion, and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with Flipkart marketplace policies and operational guidelines.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience in Flipkart marketplace account management.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce marketplace operations.
• Experience in catalogue, inventory, order, and return management.
• Knowledge of pricing, promotions, and marketplace performance analysis.
• Experience in PO handling, invoicing, and reconciliation.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Excel and marketplace dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, E-Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience

• 3–6 years of experience in Flipkart Account Management / E-Commerce Marketplace Operations.
• Experience with fashion, lifestyle, retail, or D2C brands will be an added advantage.

Work Location: In person

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
