Brief

Experienced or keen to learn sales and order management, customer handling, new product launches on website, creating look-books, order sheets, buyer line-sheets, inventory management and website management. Freshers are also welcome, preferably from NIFT or Pearl design institutes.

Job Description

• Manage all customer relationships/communications (pre and post purchase) and provide excellent customer service
• E-commerce backend management on Shopify
• Manage all public, PR, bloggers and overseas buyer relationships
• Online and offline order management & follow-ups
• Coordination with merchandising, production and logistics teams for timely dispatch of online orders
• Assist in social media postings and queries
• Assist customers at our physical store
• Manage VM of store
• Managing product launches on website
• Website and store inventory management
• Liaising with MBO's and third party vendors
• Creating order list and handling customised client orders

Desired Candidate Profile

A highly self-motivated and sharp candidate, either freshers or with upto 1 year of job experience preferably with a designer women's wear fashion label or an export house with excellent command over English language, great inter-communication skills and good exposure to the fashion industry. The candidate should have calibre and competence to execute the above mentioned roles and responsibilities seamlessly and within the deadlines. The candidate must be a team player. The candidate must be a very good organizer and back-planner possessing the ability and drive to fulfil client commitments before deadline.

The candidate must hail from a reputed design institute, preferably NIFT or Pearl with fashion communication as the main module.

Salary

Negotiable between 35k to 45k per month (negotiable); based on skills and prior work experience.
