E-commerce Account Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and growth-oriented E-commerce Account Manager to handle and manage client accounts across leading marketplaces such as Amazon India, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, and Blinkit. The role involves ensuring smooth account operations, maintaining strong client relationships, improving account performance, and driving business growth through renewals and upselling.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage and handle daily operations of client accounts on Amazon India, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, and Blinkit.

· Monitor overall account health, performance, and compliance with marketplace guidelines.

· Plan and execute growth strategies to increase sales, visibility, and account performance.

· Manage and optimize PPC campaigns to improve ROI, conversions, and sales performance.

· Conduct regular client meetings and performance reviews to share updates and growth plans.

· Ensure timely renewals of client contracts and maintain strong client relationships.

· Focus on upselling additional services and identify opportunities to increase account value.

· Prepare and share sales projections, performance reports, and growth forecasts with clients and management.

· Maintain a high client retention rate by providing consistent support and results.

· Coordinate with internal teams and support executives to ensure smooth execution of tasks and client deliverables.

· Guide and support junior team members to ensure proper workflow and performance standards.

· Monthly client renewal rate

· Upselling and revenue growth from existing clients

· PPC performance and ROI

Skills Required

· Experience in managing E-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Blinkit)

· Knowledge of PPC and marketplace account management

· Strong communication and client handling skills

· Analytical and growth-focused mindset

· Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
