Job Description For Production Department

Division: Plant | Post: CNC Machine Shop Supervisor / Manager

• Co-ordinate with maintenance department for preventive and corrective maintenance and maximum uptime
• Cycle-time optimization through programming
• Experience in QMS and quality tools
• Insert and tool cost reduction
• Knowledge of instruments, gauges, and calibration
• Maintain safety of man and machine
• Prior experience with handling number of CNC lathes, VMCs, or HMCs
• Production Planning and load balancing to ensure no shortages
• Strong man-power handling to increase productivity
• Time-study and work-study projects to increase productivity and OEE
