Role Overview

We're looking for a dynamic Sales & Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding our advertising business. The role will focus on generating business opportunities for the exclusive collaboration between Srishti Sanchar Advertising and Discover.

Key Responsibilities

• Hunt and acquire new clients in the advertising and marketing space.
• Generate new business and achieve revenue targets.
• Build relationships with brands, agencies, and corporate clients.
• Pitch advertising and integrated marketing solutions.
• Drive business growth for the Srishti Sanchar Advertising–Discover partnership.
• Negotiate and close high-value deals.

Requirements

• 5–6 years of sales/business development experience in advertising, media, or marketing, airline industry, hotel industry.
• Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Existing network of brands and agencies is preferred.
