Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and communication-oriented Digital Marketing & Voice Process Associate to support our marketing and customer engagement activities. This part-time role is ideal for students, fresh graduates, or individuals seeking flexible work while gaining practical experience in digital marketing and voice-based communication.

Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing

• Assist in creating and publishing content across social media platforms.
• Support online marketing campaigns and lead generation activities.
• Monitor campaign performance and maintain basic reports.
• Conduct online research and competitor analysis.
• Coordinate with the marketing team on promotional initiatives.

Voice Process

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Connect with prospective customers and explain products/services.
• Follow up with leads and schedule appointments where required.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication.

Eligibility

• Graduate or currently pursuing graduation (final-year students may apply).
• Basic understanding of Digital Marketing is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable using MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently and meet daily targets.

Compensation

• Monthly Honorarium: ₹4,000
• Performance-Based Incentives: As per individual performance.
