Position: Digital Marketing Executive

Location: The Stupa, Ghaziabad

Experience: 3–5 Years

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (depending on experience and skills)

Job Summary

The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility, generate quality leads, and drive customer engagement across digital platforms for The Stupa.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Manage social media platforms by creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content.
• Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns to maximize ROI and lead generation.
• Implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
• Coordinate with creative teams for content, graphics, videos, and promotional campaigns.
• Manage email marketing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
• Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other marketing tools.
• Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
• Monitor online reputation and respond to customer reviews and inquiries.
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends and recommend innovative marketing strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 5 years+ of relevant experience in digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, email marketing, and social media management.
• Excellent communication and content-writing skills.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is preferred.
