Position: Digital Marketing Specialist SEO / AEO / GEO

Salary: 2 LPA 5 LPA (Based on experience, skills, and performance)

Key Responsibilities

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

• Plan and execute effective on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
• Perform keyword research, content mapping, and competitor analysis.
• Conduct technical SEO audits, including site speed, mobile optimization, crawlability, indexing, and schema implementation.
• Improve organic rankings and website traffic through proven SEO practices.
• Develop backlink acquisition and internal linking strategies.
• Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools.

Answer Engine Optimization (AEO)

• Optimize content for Featured Snippets and "People Also Ask" results.
• Implement FAQ, How-To, and other structured data (Schema Markup).
• Optimize content for voice search and conversational queries.
• Create concise, intent-focused answers that improve answer engine visibility.
• Structure content for maximum discoverability across modern search experiences.
• Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools.

Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)

• Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)
• Create entity-rich, authoritative content following Googles E-E-A-T principles.
• Develop AI-friendly content structures using headings, tables, FAQs, and semantic organization.
• Increase brand visibility across trusted sources referenced by AI models, including Reddit, Quora, industry publications, and authoritative websites.
• Stay updated with emerging AI search trends and implement innovative optimization strategies.
• Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of modern SEO concepts and best practices.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and leading SEO tools.
• Knowledge of Schema Markup and Technical SEO.
• Experience in content optimization and AI-assisted search strategies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage SEO campaigns and deliver measurable organic growth.
