About the Role

FSIDM is looking for enthusiastic college students who want to build real-world experience in Digital Marketing and Sales. You'll work closely with our marketing team to promote our training programs, generate leads, engage with potential students, and learn how digital marketing campaigns convert into actual business growth.

This internship is ideal for students who enjoy communicating with people, learning marketing strategies, and building confidence in sales.

Roles & Responsibilities📢 Digital Marketing

• Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns.
• Create and publish content on Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Help with basic SEO, email marketing, and WhatsApp marketing activities.
• Support webinar and event promotions.
• Track campaign performance and prepare simple reports.
• Use AI tools like ChatGPT and Canva to improve productivity.

🤝 Sales & Lead Management

• Connect with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Follow up with leads generated from advertisements and events.
• Explain FSIDM courses and answer basic queries.
• Schedule counselling sessions with our team.
• Update lead information in CRM or Google Sheets.
• Maintain professional communication throughout the sales process.

Ideal Candidate
