Role & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities.

Client Management

• Coordinate with clients to understand business goals and project requirements.
• Manage client communication, reporting, and campaign updates.
• Conduct strategy meetings and ensure client satisfaction.

Team Management

• Lead and manage SEO, Social Media, Content, Design, and Ads teams.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely project delivery.
• Guide team members on strategy execution and performance improvement.

Social Media Marketing

• Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms.
• Plan creative campaigns and monthly content calendars.
• Monitor engagement, audience growth, and campaign performance.

Brand Growth & Marketing

• Plan and execute brand awareness and lead generation campaigns.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Track ROI, conversions, and overall business growth.

Digital Marketing Operations

• Manage SEO, Paid Ads, Lead Generation, and Performance Marketing campaigns.
• Analyze website traffic and campaign performance using analytics tools.
• Prepare monthly reports and strategic recommendations.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
• Digital Marketing certifications preferred.
• Experience handling domestic and international clients is an added advantage.
