Job Description – Senior Digital Marketing Manager location: Guntur, Andhra Pradesh Job Summary we are looking for an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing strategy, drive brand awareness, generate high-quality leads, and accelerate business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in performance marketing, SEO, social media, content marketing, analytics, and team leadership, with a proven track record of delivering measurable results. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms. Drive SEO, SEM, website optimization, and conversion rate improvement. Lead social media, content marketing, email marketing, and marketing automation initiatives. Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager, and other reporting tools to improve ROI, ROAS, and lead generation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer acquisition and brand visibility. Manage digital marketing budgets, agencies, and external partners. Lead, mentor, and develop the digital marketing team while ensuring timely execution of campaigns. Stay updated with digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices. QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred). 8–12+ years of digital marketing experience, including 3–5 years in a leadership role . Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, Google Analytics (GA4), email marketing, CRM, and marketing automation tools. Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and project management skills.
